This Japanese Mounjaro drink blends matcha, lemon, apple cider vinegar, and chia seeds into a refreshing wellness tonic. Designed to help reduce cravings, support digestion, and naturally boost metabolism with just four natural ingredients.


Ingredients

1 tablespoon natural apple cider vinegar (with the mother)

1 teaspoon matcha green tea powder

Juice of half a fresh lemon

1 tablespoon chia seeds

1216 ounces of room temperature or slightly warm water


Instructions

1. Add all ingredients to a large glass or shaker bottle.

2. Stir well until matcha dissolves and chia seeds are evenly mixed.
